Wild rice, charred broccolini & egg salad A healthy and refreshing side dish to complement any spread SERVES 8 Cook 150g wild rice according to packet directions. Drain and set aside. Cook 4 eggs in a saucepan of boiling water 5 mins or until medium soft. Remove and cool immediately with cold water to stop cooking. Peel and set aside.
