CHICKEN MEATBALL & PITA SALAD SERVES 4 PREP + COOK 20 MINS • 4 Lebanese bread rounds • 8 chicken sausages • 3 tbsp olive oil • 1 red onion, sliced • 1 cucumber, sliced • 2 oranges, segmented • 2 tbsp orange juice • 50g feta, crumbled • 1 tbsp za’atar • 1 tsp orange zest 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. 2 Cut bread rounds into wedges. Garlic pork noodles with coriander Follow Adam Liaw’s recipe for a refreshingly flavoursome and easy dinner! SERVES 4 Heat a medium saucepan over a medium heat and add ½ cup canola oil and 8 roughly chopped garlic cloves. Fry until just fragrant, then add 300g fatty minced pork (ground) and stir for a few mins until lightly browned, breaking up any lumps as you go. Add 2 tbsp shao hsing wine, 1 tbsp fish sauce and 2 tsp sugar and continue to fry about 10 mins until pork and oil separate. Turn off heat and set aside.
