Woman’s Day is Australia’s number one-selling weekly women’s magazine, offering all the latest celebrity gossip and exclusive interviews as well as fascinating real-life reads, mouth-watering recipes, beauty, fashion, food, health and family advice.
I have one very cheeky four-year-old pugalier called Raf. She’s become well known to the Woman’s Day team, popping up on video chats and making herself known by barking during phone calls as we continue to work from home. So you can imagine just how excited I was this week to read all about the pug Olympics, held every two years in Townsville, with some very fierce com-paw-tition (p40). Pugs are judged on speed and enthusiasm, but are given red cards for causing any rough and tumble and sent to the naughty corner. Behind it all is a gorgeous community of loving dog owners and close friends. I’ve thought about entering Raf... but something tells me she’d end up in the naughty (but very cute) corner for sure!…

CHARLIE & DENISE: BATTLE OVER THEIR DAUGHTER! Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards’ 17-year-old daughter Sami has made shock abuse allegations against her actress mum. In a TikTok video uploaded earlier this month, the teen complained about being “trapped” at her mum’s Los Angeles home, which she labelled a “hell house”. Sami also said Denise and her husband Aaron Phypers’ household was “abusive” and left her hating herself, going days without eating or sleeping and “insanely depressed”. Now, the star’s eldest daughter has dropped out of high school and moved in with her former Two And A Half Men star dad. Sources say Denise, 50, is “devastated” by her daughter’s claims and Sami was simply rebelling against the former Bond girl, who “set normal rules that any parent would be setting”.…
For 10 years, Anmer Hall on the Sandringham estate has been a happy country bolthole for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. But now, as their children grow up and their jobs as fulltime royals become more demanding, the couple are considering upping sticks from the country estate and exchanging it for Windsor Castle, which is just a 40-minute commute from London. In recent weeks, reports out of the UK suggest that Kate and William, both 39, are in talks with the Queen to take up residence at an apartment within Windsor Castle, and sources tell Woman’s Day Her Majesty is “delighted” they’re keen to move to the historic Berkshire pile. “The Queen has all the time in the world for William, Catherine and their three children,” says a source.…
After weeks of trying to serve Prince Andrew with papers over a sexual assault civil suit in New York, the royal is said to be no longer in Windsor and heading north with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson along for the ride. It’s believed Andrew and Fergie, both 61, are at the Queen’s Balmoral Castle in Scotland as investigators acting on behalf of his accuser, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, attempt to get the documents to him for the second time. Virginia has filed a civil lawsuit against the Duke of York alleging a sexual assault when she was 17, a claim Andrew denies. Lawyers acting for the prince say the first time he was served, when a representative handed papers to one of his guards, was illegal. Meanwhile, Andrew has hired high-powered…
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex graced the cover of Time’s 100 Most Influential People issue on Prince Harry’s 37th birthday – but the backlash ensured there wasn’t much to celebrate. Its release was met with howls of derision online, with many commenting on how photoshopped the cover image was. “The airbrush is doing some heavy lifting here,” said one person, while another took aim at the prince’s hair, saying, “Is Harry wearing a rug? Or just overdone the airbrushing?” Others were unimpressed that Harry seemed to be positioned too far behind his wife, 40. British author Melanie Blake tweeted, “The posing of this is very odd, why is [he] almost hidden? They should be side by side, which shows equal/unity – behind her makes her look like she’s in…
