• 60g butter• cup plain flour• 2 cups milk• 750g pork and veal mince• ½ cup tomato passata• 1 small onion, grated• cup dried breadcrumbs• 1 egg, whisked• 3 sheets fresh lasagne sheets, halved widthways• ¾ cup grated cheddar cheese• basil leaves, basil pesto, shaved parmesan, salad, to serve 1 Preheat oven to hot, 200°C.
