I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by some incredible females. My nanna is, to this day, one of the strongest women I have ever met, while my beautiful mum is quite simply unbreakable. They have always taught me to believe I can do absolutely anything, and not a day goes by when I’m not endlessly grateful for their love and support. Working at Woman’s Day has also given me the privilege of meeting so many other resilient, determined and inspiring females. Super-easy spaghetti This tasty tuna chilli pasta is a family weeknight winner SERVES 4 Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Cook 400g wholemeal pasta according to packet instructions until al dente, then drain. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
