GUACAMOLE SPIDER DIP SERVES 8 PREP + COOK 15 MINS • 2 avocados, seeded, peeled • 2 tbsp lime juice • 2 green onions, chopped finely • 1 tbsp chopped coriander • 2 tbsp sour cream • 1 tomato, deseeded, chopped • plastic spiders, to decorate • corn chips, to serve 1 To make guacamole, place avocados and juice in a bowl, mash until smooth.
