POTATO PIZZA SERVES 4 PREP 20 MINS COOK 30 MINS + PROVING PER SERVE 2085kJ COST •  500g potatoes, peeled, chopped• ½ cup milk, warmed• 2 x 7g sachets dry yeast• ¼ tsp caster sugar• 1 cup bread flour• ½ tsp fine sea salt• 1 tbsp olive oil• 200g button mushrooms, sliced• 1 onion, finely chopped• 2 garlic cloves, crushed• 1 sprig rosemary leaves, finely chopped•  100g prosciutto• 125g brie, sliced• mixed salad leaves, to serve 1 Place potatoes in a large saucepan with enough cold water to cover. Sensational winter salad Eating salad doesn’t have to be boring – this tasty, filling dish would be perfect for lunch or dinner Place 400g buckwheat in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, drain and rinse. While the buckwheat is still warm, dress it with 80ml canola oil and juice of 1 lemon. Season with salt and pepper. When the buckwheat is at room temperature, gently toss with 1 small beetroot, peeled and grated, 50g torn baby spinach leaves, 225g hot smoked salmon, ¼ cup chopped dill and 25ml canola oil. PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY BANANA BREAD SERVES 8 PREP 10 MINS COOK 1 HOUR Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease and line a 10 x 20cm loaf pan.
