‘We accept the likes of George and hope he enjoys it here!’ He’s one of Hollywood’s biggest stars, but according to his new neighbours in the quaint UK village of Sonning, George Clooney is morphing into the perfect English gentleman.
The actor, 54, granted his wife Amal’s wish to live in the UK, and is quickly becoming a much-loved member of his local community.
Affectionately referred to as “Georgey” by his neighbours, the Oscar winner is a regular at the local pub, The Bull Inn, where his choice of drink is a pale ale.
Residents often see George wandering their neighbourhood with the couple’s dog Millie, or famous mates like Matt Damon.
