CHICKEN TACOS WITH SPICY CUCUMBER SALSA

1 fresh corn cob2 Lebanese cucumbers, seeded,chopped1 small red onion, finely chopped½ bunch coriander, chopped1 lime, grated zest, juice½ long red chilli, thinly sliced (optional)2 tsps Woolworths Select Sweet Chilli Sauceor to taste12 Woolworths Select Taco Shells½ iceberg lettuce, shredded2 tomatoes, sliced1 barbeque chicken, meat shredded, bonesdiscardedlime wedges, to serve
1 Heat a chargrill pan on medium. Cook corn on all sides for 10-15 minutes. Using a sharp knife, remove corn kernels from cob.
2 In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, onion, coriander, zest, juice, chilli and sweet chilli sauce together. Season to taste.
3 Heat taco shells following packet instructions.
