I have a little mirror on my desk at work, and last week while I was plucking one strand of grey hair after another from my head (in the ridiculous hope they will never grow back again), I was busted by our photo editor Patty, who had been watching me the whole time. Add enough ghee to saute 200g thickly sliced field mushrooms until softened, then season with salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl.
