FIONA’S GUIDE TO A LUXE BED An upholstered bedhead is a must-have for creating a really luxurious bed. I chose this light grey colour as a cool contrast to all the other warm tones. This balances out the room and also picks up on the touches of grey in the artwork. Start with four regular pillows, two on each side of the bed, resting against the bedhead. BEEF & BEER CASSEROLE SERVES 4 • olive oil • 1 cup plain flour • salt, pepper • 600g diced gravy beef • 500g potatoes, peeled, chunks • 2 onions, diced • 2 carrots, sliced • 125g green beans, halved • 2 celery stalks, diced • 375ml beer • 300ml chicken stock • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Turn slow cooker on low.
