• 500g lamb mince• 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs• 1 onion, grated• ¼ cup chopped mint• ¼ cup chopped coriander• 2 tbsp korma paste• 1 egg• 2 garlic cloves, crushed• 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil• warm flat bread of choice, to serve TABOULI
