LOBSTER TAILS WITH HERBED GARLIC BUTTER SERVES 8 PREP 5 MINS COOK 10 MINS PER SERVE 1714kJ COST 8 lobster tails 125g butter, melted 2 tbsp lime juice 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tsp finely grated lime zest baby rocket leaves, to serve 1 Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan on high. 2 Slice tails in half lengthways.
