STRAWBERRY SLICE MAKES 18 PREP 20 MINS COOK 50 MINS COST 125g butter, softened ¾ cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs 2 cups self-raising flour 1 tsp ground cinnamon, plus ½ tsp extra ¾ cup sour cream ¼ cup milk 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, chopped cup shredded coconut icing sugar, for dusting 1 Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C.
