1¼ cups self-raising flour1 cup wholemealself-raising flour¼ tsp ground cinnamon½ cup brown sugar1 cup milk125g butter, melted
2 eggs125g punnet blueberries1 green apple, peeled, cored,½ finely chopped, ½ sliced1 ripe pear, peeled, cored,½ finely chopped, ½ slicedicing sugar, for dusting
CRUMBLE
cup rolled oatscup almonds, chopped¼ cup demerara sugar¼ cup almond meal½ tsp ground cinnamon50g butter, chilled, chopped
