THAI PRAWN & PUMPKIN SOUP SERVES 4 PREP 15 MINS COOK 55 MINS • 1kg pumpkin, seeded, peeled, cut into chunks • ½ cup red curry paste • 2 cups chicken stock • 2 x 400ml cans coconut milk • 500g raw prawns, peeled, deveined, tails on 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Four-legged friends forever AMANDA SAYS Zacky went everywhere with Kim – they did everything together. He originally belonged to Kim’s son, but Zacky spent most of his life with Kim until he was about 15. He stayed healthy for most of his life thanks to the home-cooked meals Kim prepared for him.
