Naturally sweet Wholemeal toast topped with ricotta, figs, almonds and thyme honey SERVES 4 To make the thyme honey, put 100g honey with 15g thyme in a microwave jug. Warm until it’s hot and fully liquid. If using a small saucepan, warm honey and thyme over medium heat until just simmering.
