PISTACHIO & MANGO KULFI SERVES 8 PREP 15 MINS • ⅓ cup hot milk • 3 strands saffron (see tip) • 2 x 425g canned mango slices, drained • 395g can sweetened condensed milk • 1 ½ cups thickened cream • ½ cup icing sugar, sifted • ¼ cup pistachios, chopped 1 In a small jug, combine milk and saffron.
