Ravioli lasagne Feed the family with this easy dish SERVES 4 In a large frying pan, heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil over medium heat. Add 1 finely diced onion, 2 diced garlic cloves and 3 thyme sprigs, then cook, stirring, for 3 mins. Add 4 chopped smoked bacon rashers and fry for a further 2 mins. Add 300g zucchini (chopped into bite-sized chunks), 200g red peppers (chopped into bite-sized chunks) and 70g roughly chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for a further 5 mins or until the vegetables have softened. Pour in 250ml red wine and 400ml tomato passata. Simmer for 20-25 mins or until the sauce has reduced and thickened.
