Bacon & cornflake fritters Manu Feildel’s delicious recipe celebrates the classic breakfast cereal MAKES 16 To make dipping sauce, combine ½ cup aioli, ½ cup crème fraîche, ½ cup lemon juice and 1 tbsp chopped chives. Season and set aside. Place 4-5 rashers of chopped streaky smoked bacon in a cold frying pan over medium heat. Once it begins to sizzle and the fat starts to render, cook for 3-4 mins or until crisp.
