Spray the basket of an air fryer with cooking oil. Place 4 frozen shop-bought hash browns in basket and spray with oil. Cook for 8 minutes on 200°C. Turn over, spray with oil and cook for a further 6-8 minutes or until crisp and golden. While hash browns are cooking, heat oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry 2 eggs for 3 minutes or until edges are crispy and yolk is still runny. Place one hash brown on a serving plate, then top with slices of avocado and fried egg.
