TO PREPARE RICE PAPER Fill a wide, shallow dish with warm water. Soak 1 rice paper sheet in water for 15 secs or until just soft and pliable. Place on a clean work surface. Put desired filling on the bottom third of the wrapper, leaving about 3cm each side to enclose. To wrap, fold in sides, then roll firmly to enclose filling. Coco’s love for everyone AMANDA SAYS Coco tells me she has passed over and shows that she is with several other pets, as well as Greg’s dad, who’s a big animal lover. Coco tells Greg they still have that special bond and always will. Coco adds that she really likes the new dog called Badger. All the animals – including cats called Sooky and Spud – come through and keep Badger company when he has a bit of separation anxiety.
