Discussions between the studios and the Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAGAFTRA) broke down on 12 July, forcing workers to strike. PORK & FENNEL SAUSAGE ROLLS MAKES 8 PREP 20 MINS COOK 30 MINS • 1 medium fennel bulb, trimmed, finely chopped• 400g pork mince• 2 eggs• ½ cup stale breadcrumbs• ¼ cup grated cheddar• 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped• 1 tsp lemon rind, finely grated• 2 sheets puff pastry• 1 tsp fennel seeds• 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 Preheat oven to 220°C. 2 Heat a large, oiled frypan over medium heat. Peach, tomato & haloumi salad A fresh and tasty spin on a flavoursome dish SERVES 4 To make bagel seasoning dressing, place 5 tbsp olive oil and 2-3 tbsp bagel seasoning in a bowl. Stir to combine, then set aside until ready to serve. Add 500g halved mixed medley cherry tomatoes, 4 sliced and stoned peaches and a generous handful of basil leaves to a serving bowl.
