Meatball & mushroom skewers Fancy up your feast with this easy dish! MAKES 8 Preheat barbecue or grill plate to medium-high. To make meatballs, add 500g beef mince, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tbsp barbecue sauce, 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs, 1 tsp paprika and 1 tsp salt to a large bowl. Use your hands to mix ingredients together, then roll into 24 even meatballs.
