Goop guru Gwyneth Paltrow has prevailed in her dramatic trial in Utah. The jury returned after just two hours and 20 minutes, finding retired optometrist Terry Sanderson at fault for the 2016 ski-slope collision.
Terry, 76, was suing the star for $484,000 in damages, claiming he sustained injuries that impacted his quality of life when Gwyneth allegedly crashed into him. However, she insisted he barrelled into her on the slopes and that he was extorting her.
In a statement that was widely mocked, Gwyneth complained in court, “We lost half a day of skiing.”
