Everyday food EASTER EGG NESTS MAKES 10 PREP 10 MINS+ COOLING COOK 5 MINS • 4 x 53g Mars bars, chopped • 75g unsalted butter, chopped • 3 cups rice bubbles • mini chocolate Easter eggs, to fill 1 Grease and line 10 bases of a 12-hole (1/3-cup-capacity) muffin pan. 2 Place Mars bars and butter in a medium saucepan on low heat. Cook for 5 mins, stirring occasionally, or until melted and smooth. 3 Place rice bubbles in a large heat-proof bowl. Add melted Mars bar mixture and stir to combine.
