Everyday food TANDOORI PRAWNS WITH PINEAPPLE SALSA Quick, easy and full of flavour! SERVES 4 In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp tandoori paste and 5 tbsp thick coconut yoghurt. Add 180g large raw prawns (shelled, deveined) and marinate for a few minutes while you make the salsa. To make salsa, mix together 120g finely diced fresh pineapple, 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion, 1 tbsp red chilli (seeds removed, finely chopped) and 1 rounded tbsp fresh chopped coriander.
