Coconut bundt cake Impress your guests with this beautiful baked treat SERVES 10-12 Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 25cm bundt cake pan. Place 250g diced, softened butter and 1¼ cups caster sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat until pale and creamy. Add 4 extra large eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated.
