Delicious salmon A healthy and refreshing dish packed with flavour SERVES 4 Preheat oven to 200°C. Season 4 skinless salmon fillets with salt, freshly ground black pepper and a sprinkle of sweet paprika. Heat a splash of olive oil in a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly brown salmon fillets on each side, then place them in a deep ovenproof dish.
