Harissa chicken & chilli bean bake Preheat the oven to 180°C fan bake. Score deep cuts into eight chicken thigh cutlets and rub in 2 tbsps harissa. Place the chicken into a large shallow roasting tin, season well and drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil. Scatter 1 red onion, cut into wedges, and 8 peeled garlic cloves around the chicken. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is beginning to brown.
