Passionfruit jelly Passionfruit is great on a pavlova, but it also makes a ravishing relish! MAKES ONE SMALL JAR Add 30g butter to a large frypan on medium heat. Once melted, add 3 thinly sliced onions and sauté until they become transparent, then stir through 2 crushed garlic cloves. Add 50ml red wine vinegar, ½ cup brown sugar and 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard, and simmer for 5 mins. Add the pulp of 6 fresh passionfruit, then turn down the heat and allow to simmer for 12-15 mins or until the liquid has reduced. Add a pinch of salt.
