MANGO CREAM & PASSIONFRUIT LAMINGTONS

⢠3 cups icing sugar mixture ⢠170ml can passionfruit pulp, strained ⢠20g butter, chopped 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease and line an 18cm x 28cm lamington pan.
