Every year, I write a Moonology Diary for the year ahead. I write it more than a year in advance of the publication date. Succulents are low-maintenance, making them perfect indoor additions. Terrariums can be personalised in almost every aspect, making it so easy to fit to your space and indoor aesthetic. Get some treats, put on a playlist and your painting clothes and have fun! STEP 1 Sprinkle a thin layer of charcoal at the base of your terrarium. SPICED CHICKEN ANTIPASTO SALAD SERVES 4 PREP 15 MINS COOK 10 MINS 2 x 180g tubs antipasto mix in oil 4 x 200g chicken breast fillets 2 tbsp pistachio dukkah 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 180g bag baby spinach and beetroot leaves chopped pistachios, to serve 1 Strain antipasto mix, reserving 2 tbsp of the oil. 2 Cut each chicken fillet into three pieces. Place chicken, reserved antipasto oil, dukkah and vinegar in a large bowl. Season and toss to coat. 3 Heat a lightly oiled barbecue chargrill plate over a medium to high heat. Cook chicken 3-4 mins each side or until cooked through. 4 In a large serving dish, combine antipasto mix with spinach and beetroot leaves. Add chicken and sprinkle with pistachios to serve. Renee’s heartache AMANDA SAYS Carina comes through as very sweet. I thought she was much older because of her energy but she tells me she’s only about one year old. Carina tells me she has been with her mum since she was a kitten and she now has a big health issue. Carina shows me her bladder area, which is constantly infected. New research done by University College London and King’s College London found that a specialised device can monitor depression and stress-associated conditions by analysing earwax. Cortisol, the stress hormone, is usually measured through blood or hair samples and analysed to give an indication of how much cortisol a person is producing. However, this new research found that earwax provides a more stable and reliable sample. The team behind the study are creating a company to bring their earwax sampling device to market, and hope that it could also be used to monitor diabetes.…

POSSIBLE TRIGGERS Specific foods can trigger migraines in some people, however it can be tricky to pinpoint exactly which ones cause a migraine attack. Research by the American Migraine Foundation found that the most commonly reported foods to trigger migraines are alcohol (33 per cent) and chocolate (22 per cent).
