LASAGNE MEATLOAF

60g butter ½ cup plain flour 2 cups milk 750g pork and veal mince ½ cup tomato passata 1 onion, grated ½ cup dried breadcrumbs 1 egg, whisked 3 sheets fresh lasagne, halved widthways ¾ cup grated cheddar cheese basil leaves, basil pesto, shaved parmesan, salad, to serve 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease and line a 10cm x 20cm loaf pan with baking paper, allowing long sides to extend slightly.
