Kelly Clarkson is saying goodbye to her lakeside pad in Hendersonville, Tennessee, after seven years. The singer, 38, and her husband Brandon Blackstock, 43, bought the home for $4.3 million in 2013 and quickly started the epic job of completely renovating it.
The home sits on 1.6 hectares, 40 kilometres outside of Nashville. Walls of windows look out onto Old Hickory Lake as well as the revamped backyard, which features a dramatic double staircase, a saltwater pool, not one but two spas, a greenhouse and volleyball court.
There’s also an area for alfresco dining, a private dock and, of course, a playground for her daughter River, five, and son Remington, four.
Given all that, plus seven bedrooms and a whopping 11 bathrooms, the asking price of $11.3 million seems like…
