The kids are back at school and the regular routine of 2020 has found its rhythm. Early alarm, uniform, breakfast, lunchbox, school run, pickup, homework, activities, play dates ... it’s back to the old treadmill of the school term.
But unfortunately my treadmill hasn’t been moving at a leisurely pace. Instead it’s been on sprint mode, and as I’m no runner, I’ve careened off time and time again. In fact, despite the big grin you see in my photo above, in reality I’ve been a hot mess.
