According to legal documents, the estranged pair may have to appear at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles on January 21 if the Hunger Games hunk, 29, and his high-powered attorney Laura Wasser don’t file the necessary paperwork in time – and, “given their history, it’s likely to get messy,” spills a source. “Miley and Liam haven’t really spoken since they called it quits and the tension has been brewing.”
