Mango & Coconut Smoothie MAKES 4 PREPARATION 10 MINUTES 1 whole young coconut 2 large mangoes, coarsely chopped 1 ½ cups Greek-style yoghurt 1 tablespoon coconut sugar 2 passionfruit to serve (optional) 1.
