Ravioli with Creamy Spinach & Almonds SERVES 4 PREPARATION & COOKING 20 MINUTES 500g ricotta and parmesan ravioli (see tip) 20g butter ¼ cup slivered almonds 400ml cream 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese freshly grated nutmeg to taste 125g baby spinach 1.
