Raw Choc Chip Cookie Dough SERVES 8 PREPARATION 15 MINUTES (PLUS REFRIGERATION) 100g brazil nuts 200g natural almonds 1 vanilla bean ¼ cup pure maple syrup ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons coconut oil, at room temperature 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes ¼ cup cacao nibs 1. Line an 18cm x 28cm oven tray with baking paper. 2. Process nuts until fine crumbs form. Split vanilla bean lengthways. Those of us with kids obsessed by the online game Fortnite probably have some sympathy with Prince Harry’s call to have it banned. Harry says Fortnite is “irresponsible” and shouldn’t be allowed.
