Chocolate Truffles SERVES 12 PREPARATION & COOKING 20 MINUTES (PLUS CHILLING) 1 cup cream 3 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup virgin coconut oil 175g dark chocolate (85% or higher), broken into 2cm pieces 2 tablespoons cocoa, chopped nuts or shredded coconut to coat 1.
