BBQ Prawns with Chilli-lime Dressing SERVES 8 PREPARATION & COOKING 35 MINUTES 1.7kg uncooked large king prawns, halved lengthways (see tip) 2 baby fennel bulbs, trimmed, thinly sliced 250g baby cucumbers, sliced into ribbons 6 watermelon radishes, thinly sliced ¼ cup baby coriander CHILLI-LIME DRESSING 1/3 cup lime juice 1/3 cup lemon juice ½ cup extra virgin olive oil 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2 teaspoons caster sugar 2 teaspoons sea salt flakes 1 long green chilli, thinly sliced 1. In what appears to be the latest attempt to turn me into a ball of anxiety, my daughter has taken up tumbling. Tumbling is like a mix between cheerleading and aerobics. It’s when they throw their bodies into the air, contorting into all kinds of weird shapes before, hopefully, landing safely back on the ground.
