The Duchess of Sussex had tongues wagging and eyebrows raised at the Queen’s Young Leaders Awards at Buckingham Palace last week.
While some were shocked that Prince Harry’s new wife crossed her legs in the presence of the Queen, others couldn’t help but notice that Meghan appeared to have taken inspiration from her sister-in-law Kate, by ditching her usual sleek hairstyle in favour of bountiful, bouncy curls.
The event honours young people from the Commonwealth who have strived to improve their communities, and both Meghan, 36, and the Queen, 92, laughed as Harry, 33, who will take over the event’s reins next year, joked to youngsters at the ceremony, “You’re stuck with me.”
