Unicorn Popcorn MAKES 8 CUPS ½ cup caster sugar 2 tablespoons water a few drops each of blue, red, yellow and green food colouring (or combine blue and yellow to make green) 8 cups plain popped popcorn 1. Line 4 oven trays with baking paper. 2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water on low, stirring until sugar has dissolved. 3.
