Little Mia Tindall has a new baby cousin – but it’s unlikely the pair will ever become playmates.
Kiwi equine vet Felicity Wade – the love child of Zara Tindall’s dad Captain Mark Phillips – was last week pictured out and about in Auckland with her adorable newborn son James.
Felicity, known as Bunny, was conceived after a brief affair with New Zealand art teacher Heather Tonkin in 1984, while Mark was still married to Princess Anne.
This means that Bunny, 32, who is married to accomplished British polo player Tristan Wade, is half-sister to Zara and Peter, the children of Mark and Princess Anne. Her baby boy, then, is a first cousin to Zara’s daughter Mia, three, and Peter’s girls Savannah, six, and five-year-old Isla.
