Salami Sourdough Bread & Butter Pudding SERVES 6 PREPARATION 15 MINUTES (PLUS SOAKING) COOKING 30 MINUTES 1 tablespoon olive oil 6 shallots, finely sliced 3 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tablespoon thyme leaves, plus extra to serve 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 loaf sourdough bread, sliced 50g butter, softened 200g sliced salami 2 cups grated gruyère cheese 3 cups milk 6 eggs, lightly beaten 1.
