Whisky Caramel Sponge Roll SERVES 10 PREPARATION 10 MINUTES COOKING 15 MINUTES Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease and line a 25 x 30cm Swiss roll pan. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat 3 eggs until frothy. Gradually add ½ cup caster sugar, beating until mixture is thick and pale, and holds its shape – about 10 minutes.
