It’s finally holiday time. You’re looking back on the last six months and perhaps marvelling at how saintly you’ve been to stick to your strict health and fitness regime. Hatha yoga, boxfit, running, cycling, meditating, weightlifting, saying ‘no, thanks’ to the cinnamon Danish, but ‘yes, please’ to the smashed avo and salmon on (very thin) sourdough, no alcohol, hand-reared this, plant-based that, all topped off with a high-intensity sweaty workout and a low-intensity dismal social life.
But now it’s summer, girls, and we are going to live our lives. ‘Brilliant’, I hear you say. ‘Deadman tells us the gloves are off, so we’re heading west on Carb and Sugar Highway. Take me, I’m yours.’
