Eleven years ago, Angel Bracket, 66, from Lafayette, California, was helping her sister organize her son's birthday party at a bowling alley. “We walked in, and I heard this spraying sound. I looked up, and this liguid sprayed out of the diffuser and hit me in the face,” she says.
“I didn't think anything about it. But then a couple hours later I felt some lumps around my eyes. A little later, my brother came up to me and said, ‘Have you looked in the mirror lately?’ I went in to look, and my eyes were swelling shut and my lips were getting puffy.”
