I am a female in the Western world. With just those two broad demographic facts provided, we know that it is statistically very likely that I have been on a diet in my lifetime. Like the estimated 90 percent of women in the US who, at one point or another, struggle with losing unwanted pounds, I have lost and regained weight too many times to count. Roasted Butternut Squash Salad Salty and sweet flavors come together in this winter salad with sliced dates, cannellini beans, and pumpkin seeds. Serves 2 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
