Playing amateur programmer, is there any chance of a Will Trent–Potential crossover event—or maybe a Potential–Rookie crossover, since both feature the LAPD? —Stanley A. MATT ROUSH: Seems unlikely, because crossovers these days tend to happen on shows from the same franchise or producers (though all three share the same Disney-owned studio). A stunt might also be challenging because Will (set in Atlanta) and Potential (L.A.) take place on opposite coasts, and the more comedic Potential has a very different tone from the action-oriented Rookie.
